Multinational Alliance Scoops Accenture High Potential Award at Junior Achievement Young Enterprise Europe Company of the Year Competition

Accenture Grants Passerelles Numériques US$1.26 million to Build Information Technology Skills Among Underprivileged Young People
CEBU, Philippines; June 28, 2010 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) today announced that the Accenture Foundations have awarded US$1.26 million (more than PHP 58 million) to Passerelles Numériques (PN) for the organization’s Cebu System and Network Administration training initiatives. The grant, which will be distributed over a four-year period, will be used to help disadvantaged young people acquire information technology (IT) skills.

Accenture Foundations Grant Enablis Additional US$348,000 to Support Entrepreneurs in Africa
MONTREAL; May 25, 2010 –Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and The Enablis Entrepreneurial Network today announced that the Accenture Foundations have awarded Enablis an additional grant of US$348,000 to help fund the organization’s support of entrepreneurs in Africa.  This brings the total of direct support to Enablis in Africa to more than $2 million since 2007.

Accenture; BSI, Ltd. and NetHope Launch eLearning Initiative with the Tanzania Ministry of Education and Vocational Training to Improve Secondary Education In Tanzania With Information and Communications Technology Solutions
NEW YORK; May 5, 2010 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN); BSI, Ltd. and NetHope have been engaged by the Tanzania Ministry of Education and Vocational Training (MoEVT) to create an eLearning initiative to improve the country’s secondary education system using state-of-the-art information and communications technology. The initiative, “Tanzania Beyond Tomorrow,” will help the country’s 4,000 secondary schools deal with the challenges of teacher capacity and technology enablement of more than 1.5 million students in a rapidly growing school system.

Accenture Grants Concern US$1.5 Million to Build Conservation Farming Skills in Zambia and Malawi
